“In addition, we will maintain our industry leading operational excellence with a commitment to safety, allowing us to deliver the most breadth and depth of product with the highest quality, 99% complete to promise and all for the best total cost. I have asked all of our employee members to continue focusing on the customer, stay committed to lean, and take care of each other as we have always done,” said VP.

Our channel partners remain our top priority, and we are confident this change in senior leadership will continue to enable us to provide the best products, service and partnership in the hearth industry.
