E91: Convection blower malfunction
Issue: The fan inside your fireplace has malfunctioned and is unable to perform as expected. Impact: This does not impact regular use of your fireplace. Solution: A replacement part can be purchased from your Installer or online. Search for your fireplace's model name and service parts list (Ex: "Primo II Service Parts List") to find the document matching your appliance.
E92: ACM Fuse is blown
Issue: The ACM is the "Auxiliary Control Module" inside your fireplace. It uses fuses to protect its connections from potential excess voltage. When a fuse is "blown" it no longer provides power to the connection point in question. Solution: This will require a replacement. You can order a replacement from your Installer or online using SRV2326-150 or SRV2564-150 or SRV2564-155.
E93: Fan not connected
Issue: The control system is not detecting a Fan as presently connected. Your fireplace previously detected a Fan as connected. Cause: Inside the fireplace, the ACM ("Auxiliary Control Module") has a connection to your Fan. Solution: Verify this is firmly connected and all parts are powered on.
E94: Fan is miswired
Issue: The control system is detecting that the Fan itself is not wired properly, leading it to be non-functional. Action: Call your Installer for assistance with this issue.
