Do benefits really start my first day?

Yes. Medical, dental, and vision kick in on day one — no waiting period.

What’s the work schedule like?

Our core week is Monday through Thursday, 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM. Overtime is common and usually scheduled on Fridays, posted in advance, and paid at time-and-a-half.

How much will I make starting out?

Starting pay depends on role, shift, and experience. We’ll publish the exact ranges once confirmed, but you can count on steady hours, overtime opportunities, and regular reviews.

What kind of training will I get?

We train from day one. You’ll learn step-by-step, rotate between stations, and have a lead or team member to show you the ropes.

What are the physical parts of the job?

Most team members are on their feet for the shift, lifting up to 50 lbs with safe technique. PPE and safety gear are provided, and accommodations are available if needed.

Is there room to move up?

Definitely. Many people start in entry-level assembly and move into skilled roles, quality checks, or team lead positions. Get in touch with us to hear real stories of how our member's roles have grown.

How soon do I get PTO and holidays?

PTO starts accruing right away, and you also get paid company holidays each year.

Is this a safe workplace?

Safety is built into everything — PPE is provided, stations are designed with checks, and you’ll be trained on safe work habits from day one.
